🌞Course Introduction:
An introduction to the benefits, contraindications, and body massage techniques of massage, including the use of different massage techniques, postures, and intensity. How to mix essential oils and base oils as body massage oil to eliminate tension, relieve fatigue, reduce body pain, and balance the body and mind. Students practice with each other in class.
