🌞Course Introduction:

Aromatherapy is a type of natural therapy that mainly uses pure essential oils extracted from natural aromatic plants to relieve physical, mental or emotional discomfort. With appropriate application methods, it can balance the body, mind and spirit to achieve Physical and mental health.

After completing the course, students will be able to have a basic understanding of aromatherapy, and be able to safely and effectively prepare and implement aromatherapy care for the elderly, and experience how aromatherapy can improve the mental health of the elderly, relieve pain, and build a harmonious and happy later life.
