Why Aromatherapy therapist afraid of anatomy and physiology?

Today's talk with students who are enrolled in "Diploma Aromatherapy Therapist"
Classmate: A friend said that it would be good to study aromatherapy and choose aromatherapy. The instructors are all experienced and caring. (Thank you very much in advance).
Classmate: Can I go to another school to study anatomy and physiology of other societies and get an exemption from IFA?
Me: Can I first understand why you think this way?
Classmate: I heard that anatomy and physiology at IFA is very difficult. I failed to pass biology after the third year of secondary school. I am afraid that if I fail, I will not get a diploma.
Me: Do you know why aromatherapists need to know Anatomy and Physiology (A&P)?
Classmate: I am only interested in aromatherapy. I don't know why I want to study A&P.
Me: It is not difficult to know 60-70 kinds of essential oils, but it is difficult to choose the right essential oil for treatment. At this time, you need to use physiology and pathology to help you clarify the problem and prepare the most effective formula. Not for exams.
Classmate: I see. I heard that the A&P of other institutes is easy to pass.
Me: I don’t think IFA is difficult, but students may be afraid of this subject before studying it and may not devote enough time to it. Our school has made adjustments to this problem, both in teaching methods and review methods, and the pass rate in the March exam this year has been greatly improved.
Classmate: So you mean I don’t need to pay thousands more to take exams from other institutes?
Me: Of course, why not give me a chance to re-understand the workings of my body. Learning aromatherapy is all about keeping healthy, not only the body, but also the mind and emotions.
Stop beating around the bush, focus on your favorite essential oils and become a true aromatherapist. Avoid feeling uneasy in the future.
**The classmate accepted my opinion and signed up for the diploma course of aromatherapy that started on September 9th. You may have such thoughts, so I would like to share today's conversation with you.
