Vitosha mountain
Vitosha can be reached in Sofia in about 30 minutes by car. Today I was hiking a mountain trail, accompanied by pine cones all over the ground. I looked up at the mountains full of cedars and spruces. The fresh needles and buds can be dried to make tea. The tour guide said they were very delicious, so I picked a few. try it. The fresh and cool air cleanses the nose, chest and lungs
The road was a little sloping, but the classmates helped each other, encouraged each other, and finally reached the lunch spot. We are surrounded by pine trees that reach into the sky. We can enjoy lunch leaning against the tree trunks. We can also absorb the aura of heaven and earth and cleanse our souls.
A different experience in Bulgaria

Visited the Pharmacy Museum Hipporcates
Pharmacy Museum is a herbal clinic opened by Dr. Sotir Antoniadi in Plovdiv in 1872. Since 1981, a museum collection of pharmacy-related items unique to Bulgaria has been exhibited. We walked into the pharmacy clinic and medicines of the 19th issue of the Bulgarian Renaissance. Showcasing all natural ingredients, herbs, minerals and essential oils used in medicine.
Many making utensils are on display - for example: percolators for different tinctures, copper and glass stills, maceration, infusion and sterilization equipment, devices for the manufacture of suppositories, pellets and cloths. American-made metal cash registers date back to the early 20th century. The wall cabinet displays authentic royal jars (vaserie) of balms and ointments used by the royal family.
The prototype of the old clinic was a shop called ahtarnitza, which sold medicinal herbs, as well as medicines for animals, coffee, sugar, spices and other goods. The first floor exhibits a reconstructed ahtarnitza, displaying handmade scales, water stills, and jars filled with herbs.
Diplomas of doctors and pharmacists from this period hang on the walls, having graduated from European universities. Knowledge and experience gathered abroad is used at home. The museum also holds a collection of old and rare pharmacy books.

Picked three-day roses......
Sugar and vinegar were prepared, and everyone made rose confection together, making tea and dessert. Make rose rice vinegar, which can beautify the skin and detoxify. There are still many roses left! The students used their small universe to dry the roses in different ways, or went to the supermarket to buy olive oil for soaking... in order to take all of them home.
I also saw different distillations, each with its own characteristics, full of knowledge. It's full and fun, come and experience it
